This ticket is valid for unlimited journeys within 3 consecutive days on JR West & JR Central routes in areas around Mount Fuji (Matsuda, Numazu, Mishima, Fuji, Shimobe Onsen), areas around Izu Peninsula (Atami, Shuzen temple), Shizuoka, Kakegawa, Hamamatsu and Toyohashi. It is valid for Fuji Kyoko Bus around Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka also. An exchange order will be issued upon purchase, so that you need to exchange for tickets at the "Green Window" ticket office located at major JR stations. Japan Railway Pass is only valid for foreign traveller who is permitted to entry Japan under a "Temporary Visitor" visa.
This tickets is valid for unlimited journeys within 3 consecutive days on non-reserved seats of ordinary cars of all limited express trains, rapid trains and local trains in train routes of JR Central below : Tokaido Main Line (Atami - Toyohashi section), Gotemba Line (Numazu - Matsuda section) and Minobu Line (Fuji - Shimobe Onsen section), All trains in Izuhakone Railway (Mishima - Shuzenji), Fujikyuko Bus (Gotemba Station - Gotemba Premium Outlets route, Gotemba station - Kawaguchiko Station route, Gotemba Station - GrinPa route, Shin-fuji station - Mount Fuji station route, Shin-fuji Station - South Exit of Fuji station route), Tokai Bus (Mishima station - Yamanaka Castle ruins route, Numazu Station - Numazu Minato Shinsenkan route, Shuzenji Station - Shuzenji Onsen route, Shuzenji Station - Toi Port route), Izuhakone Bus (Numazu Station - Numazu Port route, Izunagaoka Station - Izu-Mito Sea Paradise route, Shuzenji Station - Shuzenji Onsen route), Shizutetsu Justline (Shimizu Ekimae - Miho Marine Science Museum of Tokai University route), Entetsu Bus (Hamamatsu Station - Nakatajima Shako route, Hamamatsu Station - Kanzanji Onsen (Hamanako Garden Park)route ) and S-Pulse Dream Ferry (Shimizu Port - Toi Port route and Shimizu Port Bay Cruising (Hinode - Hinode section only. No boarding and alighting at Miho is allowed). It is not valid for all bullet trains and sleepers cars.
- All bookings should be replied and confirmed by our staff. Otherwise, no booking is being reserved even though it was successfully submitted.
- We accept payment by Hong Kong Dollars (Credit card, FPS or Bank transfer) and Japanese Yen ( Bank transfer only).
- Regarding payment methods:
【Credit Cards】 Credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) is accepetd for total amount of HK$600 or more. Please call us during the business hours to inform about the credit card details (Card number and expiry date). The credit card information will not be stored and is being used for key in the transaction into the credit card terminal only.
【Bank transfer】Please transfer the appropriate amount by FPS / e-banking / at the counter of the bank.

- Regarding postage:
(A) If the recipient address is an address within HK, a SF Store in HK or an EF Locker in HK, a postage of HK$20 for each address will be applied.
(B) If the recipient address is an address outside of HK, a courier service designated by us will be used. A postage of HK$60 for each address will be applied.
- Terms & Condition applying to online ticket reservation:
(A) If you wish to deliver to a SF store in HK or an EF locker in HK, please refer to: www.sf-express.com
(B) For address inside Hong Kong, it should take 1 to 2 working days normally; Whereas for address outside Hong Kong, it should take a week normally. Please make your reservation earlier.
(C) We are not responsible for any loss because of mail missing or returned mail due to inaccurate address provided by customers. If customer requests for re-delivery, a handling charge equivalent to 10% of the original price of the ticket (should be calculated by original price in JPY and multiplied by official exchange rate announced by our company to determine the charge in HKD.) will be applicable. All re-delivery requests must be informed within 10 working days since the reservation has been made. Otherwise, a new reservation will be required and hence for paying full fare is needed.
(D) We accept requests of refunding or amendments to the passenger names only under preconditions as below : a) The exchange order voucher is still valid; b) The exchange order voucher has not been damaged, amended, defaced; and c) The exchange order voucher has not been exchanged for the actual ticket yet. Please bring the exchange order voucher and the invoice or receipt printed by our company and come to our office in person for refunding or amendments to passenger names. A handling charge equivalent to 10% of the original price of the ticket (should be calculated by original price in JPY and multiplied by official exchange rate announced by our company to determine the charge in HKD.) will be applicable.
(E) The exchange order must be redeemed for the actual ticket within 3 months upon issued date. If customer is unable to exchange the actual ticket due to any personal reasons, we accept refund only under preconditions as stated on point (D) and a handling charge will be applicable.
(F) Refund should take around a month. Refund will be calculated in HKD base on the official exchange rate determined by our company upon the date of receiving the refund request. Refund will be transferred to the bank account customer provided (only a bank account of banks in HK).
(G) If there are any disputes, the decision made by KNT Hong Kong should be final.
